Do not let master cylinder go dry
Whether you are changing brake fluid, changing brake lines to something like stainless, or removing calipers....do not let the master cylinder run dry.
It took me two days to fix it. I ended up having to bench bleed (on the car) the master by running tubes out and back into the reservoir and pumping brakes to get the air out. It would not come out with pressure bleeding.
Fixed but what a hassle.
