Dealer replaced the Valve Body...now what?

I'm hoping someone can chime in on this ongoing issue.
I have taken the car to the dealer for the infamous jerky transmission issue. Twice the shift adaptions were done, and recently the valve body was replaced. Still, the downshift jerk continues. Has anyone encounter a similar problem after the valve body swap? The dealer seems stumped at this point...
Car current sitting at 51k and had the ATF changed at 39k by Mercedes.
Thanks

Have you asked them to flash the tcu?

Thanks Skeppa,
Well I'm assuming that every time they reset adaptions it's the tcu?
I will mention resetting the ecu beforehand this time.
Hopefully that would do it.

No, resetting adaptations is simply a reset of the ecu which you could do yourself by searching "ecu/tcu reset" which will reset the vehicle's stored driving adaptations. You'll likely have to get the tcu flashed for an update, just ask them to check if there is an update. If it's the same problem I'm having, the bulletin for it was "LI27.00-P-045854: HARD COASTING 2-1 DOWNSHIFT OR SLOW START(2009-01-28)". My only issue is when coasting under 20km/hr, the last two gear shifts cause jerking. I'll be getting it checked it out next month as the dealer is booked far into december .
