Question lugs

I am upgrading to 20's from my stock 18's on a 2006 CLS. Can I reuse my stock lugs?
What is the stock length of the lugs?

On your stock 18" rims off the car, insert a bolt into one of the holes and measure how much bolt extends out the back of the wheel into the hub. Make sure that the same amount extends out with those bolts on your new wheels. Also, check whether the new bolt seats are spherical or conical and that your original bolts have the same type. If your new wheels are not Mercedes wheel, I'd expect that you'll need new lug bolts to satisfy both requirements -- bolt length and seat type.
