Hello.... I purchased a Bluetooth puck B67875878, when I plug it in and hit the telephone button it says turning on telephone and the picture of the clock runs but will not turn on.
Did I buy the wrong puck or is there some other way to turn on phone? When I plug in the puck the blue lights light up and flash. If it matters I have a Samsung Galaxy s3.
