2008 CLS. Car was bought used and inside door handles, the chrome is chipped off. Anywhere to get replacements and is this an easy fix to do yourself??

Also, the power seat buttons on the passenger side, the top small button is missing, just the very TOP button. Is there a way to just get the button, or do you have to replace the whole thing?

Thanks so much. Yes, here they are:

Have you ever removed this door panel? I looked at the removal instructions, but I'm just not sure how hard this is. I saw these handles are the same as the e class ones, and I read in a post that it took 15 min to replace on an e class. Just wondering what I'm getting into?
