Tow truck damaged my car
Recently my car 2006 500 CLS Was towed from the front by tow truck for parking violation. When I picked it up it was squeaking from right front tire. So I talked to tow company owner and he said bring back the paper from Mercedes showing problem. For some reason Mercedes will not give me any straight answers. Tow company said Mercedes told them to tow from front. Mercedes refuses to answer.
So long story short the ball joints are worn, my wear and tear, power steering is leaking, something else is cracked and something leaking. Car was towed again and now it squeaks from both sides. I was told cracked drive train now. I never heard of s drive train prior to them mentioning it. Still cannot get any help understanding how it could happen and if it related to being towed. Please somebody explain in layman words.
