Night-Rida

I'm in the process of changing my secondary air pump. I tried taking the mounting bracket off and also just taking the old pump off the existing mounting bracket. I can get all the screws off, except 1 torq screw off going either route due to no room/clearance to screw heads. Does anyone have any tips or WIS instructions for this air pump replacement procedures? I greatly appreciate any help.
