Don't know about the prices, but there will be two of them made: CLS350 and 500.

CLS350

I found it wierd that the CLS with have the new 4 valve engine i the 350 but just the current 5 liter in the 500..Maybe the new 5 liter will be in the new S?

The DOHC 4V V8s (4.6L, 5.5L, and AMG 6.3L) won't debut until sometime in 2005. The new SLK faces a similar situation with the 4V V6 in the base model and the 3V V8 in the AMG.
