CLS 500 2012 Bluetooth Call disconnects when Door Unlcoked

Hi,

I recently bought a 2012 CLS 550 and I have a peculiar problem. My bluetooth call disconnects when I switch off the car and unlock my door. Normally the call would be transferred to my phone vs getting disconnected.

The dealership service team tried software update but this has not solved my problem. They concluded this is standard with 2012 CLS 550 that a call gets disconnected every time you switch off the car and unlock the door.

I have owned E350 and BMW X5 earlier and I have never seen this issue.

Does anyone have a solution? Is this an issue on any other benz model?
