the reason why, Benz goes over and beyond in anti-theft and protection protocols and integrating one of these devices needs way more thinking than how much those modifiers are putting into.
Some of the issues that may occur; car starts on its own, lights flash with no trigger, odd behavior of the key-less go module.
moreover, once you add it, you void any kind of MB warranty on the car (if you have any), as they directly relate any problem to the new remote starter!
I live in Ontario, Canada and I would love to get into a warm car when its -25 here. But from what I've read so far, it's not worth the headache!

I have been running remote start on my 07 cls. With no issues and never affected my warranty have been to the dealer for warranty work never had an issue. I'm running the mid city system.
