2014 CLS550
Oil level
Im new to the MB forum, so I hope I don't get jumped by asking a newb questions. Prior to changing the oil on my car for the first time the oil barely read on the bottom of the dipstick, not even to minimum level. I changed it today. Let it drain a good long time. Replaced 8.5 quarts. Oil still barely reads on dip stick. Normal? 2014 Base CLS550

That is an invalid VIN however the generic W219 550 oil capacity is 8.5L and the difference between the min and max level is one liter
