HELP Accelerate problem

HELP Accelerate problem
i Hy everybody ,i have a Mercedes CLS 320 D (w219 ) fabricate in 2006 and I have this problems:
1 When I want to have a kick down the car have 3 interruptions As if they were cutting the power or the turbine
2.And manny times when make this the accelerate dont respond ,stay no accelerate ,
So I was to merecedes benz Germanny Service and they say is problem with electronic control turbine and must replace turbine for just a 3287 euro ,well I not so sure this is the real problem and really im not so happy to pAY so much .
IF everybody have this problem or know about this I will apreciate write me Thank you verry much i JUST READ herre in the forum, someone think its about SPEED SENSOR TURBINE ?
