Lightbulb Lowering Module

I was told getting the module is the best way of lowering your car. I just want to eliminate fender gap, not drop to the ground or tuck wheel. I was wondering, with the car leveling it's self on hwy and when parked, is there a way to stop that? Going with wider tires and rims, I don't want the car sitting on the wheels when parked or dropping lower when on hwy...

Any help is appreciated...

Nope that's apart of the system---take a torch to the wheel wells or leave pimping the car to someone else.
