Anybody have experience with this bluetooth adapter, or any similar? What considered the best?

Any of these Bluetooth devices will work. I personally use a cheaper version you can get on eBay. It works great and is in my wife's car as well. Just plug into your AUX in your glove compartment. The power the device I run a power cord from glove compartment to the 9V power source in the back seat!

Here is what I use: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Wireless-Bluetooth-3-5mm-Car-AUX-Audio-Stereo-Music-Receiver-Adapter-with-Mic-/131694641214?epid=1275364201&hash=item1ea99cc03e:g :C50AAOSwX~dWjcus

Thanks for responding. Yeah I'm sure they all work but I'm sure some are better then others in different ways... I'm just trying to do the research before spending the money. I only plan on buying once so I want the best unit.... lol

Yep, that is a smart approach. My set up has worked for three of my cars, let us know what you decide

2016 S65, 2014 SLK55 (Previous 2013 SLK350, 2008 CLS63, 2006 E350, 2006 CLS500, 2005 C230K)
For good integration with acceptable cost I would recomend the "mCar" media interface unit.
