Run wire into cabin through firewall

Hi All;
Trying to get a wire through the firewall into the cabin for front parking sensors/camera.
On my previous car, a c230 w203, there was a big hole in the engine fuse box I could probe a wire into the cabin, but no such luck on my w219.
However, there seems to be a grommet with wires going into the cabin behind/under the fuse box.
Can anyone confirm that these wires go into the cabin (ie, through the driver's side interior fuse box)?
Any other suggestions on how to run the wire?
Thank you very much in advance!

Look closely at yellow dots to the let of mirror, and at the lower right-hand side of windshield. You can sneak a wire through the trim, no need to mess with firewall!!

Figured out how to run the wire, didn't have to go through the firewall.
Just poked my fingers through the trim with the engine hood open into the cabin.
Wires tucked away between adjoined panels.
Yellow dots show pathway of wire, easy peasy!
