About the number of previous owners
Good afternoon gentlemen!
I'm 25 coming from an ML430 and will be in the market to purchase a late c219 at the beginning of next year. Either a 550 or 63 AMG.... I'm leaning more towards the AMG.
I plan on test driving these beautiful machines, doing a PPI and all that other good stuff to make sure i get the most out of my ownership. I have a some DIY experience (engine/tranny oil change, rotors and pads, ball joints)
At the end of the day i understand that a good maintenance record is important before pulling the trigger. However I'm wondering how much of a deciding factor the number of owners with the cars were for you?
With the exception of a few finds, I'm seeing a lot of CLS with not more than 100k on them with 4 to 6 owners lol. It's making me think that there were big issues with the cars.
