Having headache
My car had injector fault codes for the past few months but no CEL popped up or even misfiring issues. Then yesterday while after 2 hours drive fuel tank almost went empty so i decided to fuel up, after fueling up the car started to misfire. Went to the workshop was told vaccum lines are faulty and charcoal canister is full. Replaced them came out fine, then again went in for a fueling session, fueled up and guess what the engine is misfiring again with no CEL. Using unleaded octane 97. My car is a CLS 350 V6 m272 w219.

I am reading a ton about p0171 due to a dirty mass airflow sensor and a vacuum line. Seems to be an easy diy to rule these two things out.
Per other post...
there is a hose from under the intake manifold that connects to the throttle valve area...its hard to get to but it often leaks then eventually will break and the car will not run. It is likley just starting to leak vacuum causing your lean condition (

The cls is a 2006 60k km done so far. I have replaced all vacuum lines and the purge valve and as well charcoal canister. Update about the condition: the car runs well during cold start up, and runs well till the next stop. Once I stop the car and start for the second time it misfires, I have to wait for 30-45min for it to cool down, once it does the car runs fine.

Pull the mass airflow sensor. Buy a can of sensor safe cleaner and spray The heck out of it. See if that changes anything so nice it is a cheap and easy fix and will rule out one more thing.
