06' CLS500 low power in drive gear while at idle.
I have no errors on in the dash, spark plugs were changed recently but It seems like the car has little to no power in the drive and reverse gears at idle. If I release the brake on a flat surface while in drive it barely moves. Also on the slightest incline the car will roll back while in drive. The rpms stay at a consistent 500ish rpms when idling in drive. Could this be tranny related? When I apply the gas everything is fine this only happens at idle situations. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Do you have pending errors? You know the kind that don’t show up until set in the ECU? Only a scanner can tell you. Go buy one and make sure its a good one. Then learn how to use it. You’ll save money and aggravation.
