Sold my CLS

After 11 years with the CLS and another 7 with a C class I must say goodbye to Mercedes. I opted for a Tesla Model S. This forum has helped me a lot to maintain my car in a good shape and I just wanted to thank you all for contributing.
Future will say if I will return to internal combustion. I am sure I will return for an electric Mercedes at some point. I am also curios if Tesla will be a good experience.

Just make sure you have a fire extinguisher. Check the news tonight. One burst into flames for no “apparent” reason. Tesla had no comment.

CLS450 no problems

2020 CLS 450 with 44,000 miles, no problems. I sold my 2007 CLS550 with 116,000 MI for $7,200. I do miss the V8 and the 450 only gets 31 miles per gallon on the road I could get 29 miles per gallon out of the V8...

^^ I get 24mpg max out of my 550 on cruise control. 29 is sus.

Teslas are great vehicles.
I too have been debating making the entry to electric, at least for the daily driver/family vehicle - it just makes sense.
But this year I am going to hold on to the CLS and see how the market responds to upcoming changes. Best of luck to you.
