Rear Suspension Noise Please help
Hi All;
I own a 2006 cls500, 70k miles, and have a strange sound coming from my rear passenger side.
It sounds like a dead body is in the trunk and is a slight thump going over speed bumps and similar.
My plan is to check for leaks in the shocks and inspect airbags for tears, look for torn bushings and ball joints, and look closely at the stabilizer bar links.
I have done many searches, but cannot seem to find a definitive thread.
If you have a moment I would really appreciate if you could point me to some good DIY sources?
Thanks in advance and have a great day.

Hey Buddy thanks for responding.
I saw that video as well, but thought there might also be other sources that talked about trouble shooting bushings and stuff.
I'm a little confused about why the need to deflated the airbag?:
Why not just jack up vehicle on normal jack points and replace shock with airbag as is?
I also do not have star so this is a pain (but I do have MB Icarsoft II
Any ideas?
Thank you very much in advance and have a great day.

Looked at several other articles on changing out the shock absorber (not the airbag) and non reference deflating airbag?
What am I missing here?
