Hi, I am new to the site.

I am having problems trying to reset/relocate and its not bplaying ball. Could someone please assist ? thanks.

Good day Mr Singh.Disappointingly no one got back to me when asked on this site (MBWorld. I cannot believe that this problem is not common !Maybe think twice using this forum in future.I am a member of the MB Owners Club in the UK and a gentleman responded more or less immediately
He provided me with the followingFollow the instructions here: https://workshop-manuals.com/mercedesbenz/cls_55_amg_(219.376)/v8-5.5l_sc_(113.990)/body_and_frame/interior_moulding/trim/console/component_information/service_and_repair/removal_and_replacement/page_15124/It’s a trivial thing to reset once you know how but best to get someone with an extra pair of hands ! My wife assisted and it took 3 minutes to re-locate it!Print off all the guidance and good luck but bear in mind that my car is a CLS and not a CLK that you may have.Regards, Stuart Mowat

Hi Stuart,

Thanks for the reply. I will have a look. I also have a CLS w219 2008, I think I have forgotten to update my bio. That site is amazing. Thanks for sharing. Do you have a link to the owners club you mentioned?

Good day again Mr Singh, Please find .https://mercedes-benz-club.co.uk/
However you will not get access to the Forum unless you join the club and from memory it is not so much.
