Tq brother I cleared the faults and did a short run again all these codes popped up again, these codes can be seen thru the diagnostics but when in run no pop ups appear in the instrument cluster .

That's a lot of faults! You got your work cut out for ya. Can't believe a dealership couldn't figure out why.

Could the communication gateway throw these codes if it's faulty?

Typical MB with faults in a lot of the modules. What issue are you chasing?

I believe those are just intermittent open circuits. As long as you don't have a check engine light with normal OBD2 emission codes, and your car runs fun, just ignore those and be happy. Otherwise risk going down a endless rabbit hole.

I see so I should ignore. Is it possible different scanners can read codes that are actually not current codes or just stored codes? Tq very much for the advices.

I have replaced the central gateway with a brand new unit and majority of those codes are no longer presenting . I believe the air cond was sweating leaking to the central unit, when I opened up the unit I saw corrosion.

clear all the DTC and run the car on the road for 10 miles and check again. Vedis II is not the best tool to work on Mercedes, get a Xentry.
