Have recently fitted two new air struts on the front of my 320 cdi , now the comfort setting is rock hard. The car rises and falls over the range of settings but is no longer comfortable. Anyone any ideas as what might be wrong. Thanks in advance.

Well I have found the reason, just after I had changed the airstruts it went into the main dealer for a B service. As usual they had checked everything and said it was okay, this included the tire pressures. Today I got the check tire pressure warning light flash up, checking them I found they were all at 38psi.

letting them down to the correct pressures the smooth ride has returned, thank goodness.
What was the dealer thinking?

Fronts 30 psi rears 32 psi. 19 inch wheels .
