Help please !!

Hey All, I'm reaching the end of the line with my 2006 cls500. Earlier this summer I installed a android head unit. Ever since car dies within about a day. I know if I take it to dealer it could be thousands since electrical and I am not confident Indy could do the job. Before I give up and get rid of the car, please help me rule out simple problems. Here what I have done already:

1. Tested alternator at advance auto, it checked out
2. Replaced main battery twice!!
3. Replaced aux battery
4. Parasitic draw test at dealer and they said no significant draw. I measured myself and found 50 milliamps. A draw for sure but not enough to kill car in 8 hours or so.
5. Took OUT and unplugged android head unit. Battery dying continued.
6. Took out command fuse in drivers side fuse box. Battery dying continued.
7. Hooked up battery tender. Still dying.
8. Checked codes on icarsoft. Found issue with soft trunk operation. I want to remove fuse but can't find fuse (to check potential draw) assignment on chart? Any idea fuse that controls trunk operation?

Next steps (please advise!!):
1. Get another new battery so I can go to work.
2. Use manual kill switch so car doesn't die while at work
3. Double check receipt and call service advisor to confirm no parasitic draw
4. Check alternator again at advanced auto
5. Find fuse for trunk operation and remove (? Potential draw?)
6. Pay someone to do draw test. I can't get a reliable reading doimg myself. Car won't sleep. I used 4 different multimeter.
7. Take to indy see what they say.
8. Take to dealership to fix OR sell.

Please let me know yoyr thoughts !!

Just a suggestion.

You mentioned a new head unit and since installation, the car dies in a day. Take out the head unit!

The fact that the car won't go to sleep is significant. As long as you don't touch anything (doors, windows etc.) and remove the key fob from the area it should sleep. I believe that if the fob is in any way near the car, the car will wake up and get all excited thinking it's ready to take a trip, so take the key in the house, then try your current draw test. I know my CL600 does that.
