Hello,
I'm currently suffering problems with my W219 Mercedes CLS500 (M113). At idle the car shudders and when coming to a stop sometimes the car will try to jump forward, if you don't have your foot firmly on the brake pedal. I have cleaned the throttle body and MAF. I've also disconnected the MAF and taken it for a drive, but it just made the problem worse. No codes are coming up on Torque Pro, but I can't get the car scanned on STAR for a month. Any ideas on what I can try in the meantime?
Thanks

Hi,I had this on my 09 clc.
Randomly started idling like a bag of spanners and shaking.
Idle made staying in D at standstill like you describe.
I put the key in and turned ignition all the way without starting and leave it 2-3 minutes, there were a few clicks from throttle.
Started and ran perfectly. I believe it's like a reset for idling.
Just wanted it saved for posterity in the hopes it helps others avoid costly fixes!
