RennTech HHT (hand held tuner) allows you the unlimited ability to switch between tuned and stock ECU programming and requires no ECU removal. RennTech proprietary tuning module stores both the RennTech tuned file and your vehicles stock file. The module plugs directly into the OBD2 port and delivers the file you choose directly to the ECU. RennTech stainless steel and ceramic-coated exhaust headers offer true bolt-on installation, mounting directly to the OE down pipes and all RennTech headers are hand built from mandrel-bent, seamless tubing and CNC machined stainless flanges. Advanced computer aided design (CAD) and flow-analysis software allows RennTech headers to deliver substantial gains across the entire RPM range. RennTech headers are constructed of the highest quality T-304 stainless steel and are ceramic coated to further reduce latent heat in the engine compartment as well as combat against thermal stress.

The RennTech R1 Performance Package is the perfect entry level performance upgrade for the CLS. The R1 performance package for the Mercedes 500 series engine includes our proprietary ECU upgrade in addition to our full carbon fiber airbox upgrade which offers a larger volume of incoming air for better engine breathing and improved cylinder filling. The R1 performance package provides noticeable increases horsepower, torque and throttle response across the vehicles entire powerband while still maintaining daily driver reliability. Renntech V3 Digital Suspension Lowering Module

The RennTech V3 Digital Lowering Module (DLM) is designed to work with all available Mercedes Airmatic or ABC (Hydraulic) Suspensions.The unit allows the user to have full control over all four corners of the vehicle’s suspension and adjust in 1mm increments. The DLM requires no splicing or soldering to the factory wiring harness. The RennTech harness utilizes the factory pins as to allow a completely reversible installation. The unit also supports speed-dependant lowering that allows the vehicle to return to its factory ride-height at a pre-set speed. This removes the need for the vehicle to be aligned after lowering. The user can maintain the factory longevity and still have the lowered look at low speeds. All RennTech DLMs are adjustable via USB using either Windows or Android OS.The software allows the user to adjust the ride-height at each corner in 1mm increments independently.The software also has three locations where the user can store pre-configured suspension setups for quick changes.

With increased engine performance it becomes necessary to further improve the drive line components, most importantly the transmission in order to ensure maximum power is transmitted to the drive wheels without transmission slippage. This can not be realized with software and only truly be accomplished by an internal mechanical upgrade to the transmission hardware. Renntech is the foremost authority on transmission upgrades and has done countless rebuild and upgrades for the most demanding dealers and clients for over 21 years. RennTech transmission upgrade consists of a mechanical upgrade to the transmission clutch packs. This allows us the ability to maximize the amount of friction materials contained within the transmission and in turn, the amount of power which can be transmitted through each forward gear. During final assembly the transmission also receives all new gaskets, seals, o-rings, electrical connectors as well as a new transmission pan filter. RennTech upgrade leads to improved shift response, shift timing, increased torque handling capabilities and greater drivability under extreme conditions without sacrificing around town comfort.
