DPF Sensor problem , power loss.

Hello.
My mechanic recently changed a bad turbo actuator. After getting the car, the car seemed like the turbo starts to spool in high rev range, then stops and doesnt pull at all (14seconds to 100kmh).

After some time driving it , with half throttle it pulls decent enough (full throttle is worse than half throttle acceleration). I brought it to the dealer because my local mechanic didnt get any fault codes. The dealer said that my dpf temp and pressure sensors are bad.

Will my problem be sorted after replacing them? They told me that the DPF is clogged and the car hasnt got the whole power. But it feels more turbo connected ,the not pulling like it should...

Has someone been in a similar situation? OM642 W219 2006
