Leather airbag module

Hello,
I would like to change my steering wheel (beige leather) and the airbag module that goes along with it. I like the design, but it lacks some dense old wood and the plastic airbag feels super cheap. I haven't been able to find a leather airbag module for sale, even in black. Is it possible to fit a W221 wheel and airbag?
