what is the latest best way to fix this problem?
I have 140,000km on the odometer and brakes fails intermittently without warning, I simply shut off the car and restart and the SBC works again but it keeps failing
any suggestion will be appreciated!

I called them and they asked me to bring the car in for checkup, they diagnosed it and found a problem with the electronic part of the SBC unfortunately to my surprise they said it can not be repaired under warranty because my CLS is too old being a MY 2005, they quoted me $5,000 for the repair so I left, I have been sending emails to Mercedes Benz Germany but they have not been responding to any of my emails, so now I have my car parked at home that I can not use, it is actually very disappointing that a big and respectable brand like Mercedes would do this, not responding to any emails.

Thank you so much, I will send emails tonight, I will copy both mercedes Germany and the mercedes dealership here, honestly this is so unfair to make customers pay for something that is known to fail it was clear that this system had a flaw
