Hi, when I adjust to a new seat position and press M and any of the three buttons the new position is not stored, the seat returns to old memorized position. Please advise, thanks

Assuming you’re following correct method and this failed, adjust the seat to its limit in both directions several times. Unsuccessful, try pulling f34 (driver seat) at interior fuse panel for 5- 10 minutes in an attempt to reset. If this fails you may need someone to normalize seat using MB diagnostics.

after many attempts it finely allows me to store a new adjustment. Thank you for your advise
