Keyless GO system doesn't work

Hi,

I have bought a CLS350 C219 (2004) car, but Keyless GO system doesn't work.
Suspect was the key, but wit the new key (ordered from Silver Star, official MB dealer in Bulgaria) keyless system does not work again. /old key was in terribly condition/

Connected to STAR diagnostic, and it says:

9016 Keyless Go fault: No feedback received from left side door module
9017 Keyless Go fault: No feedback received from right side door module
9018 Keyless Go fault: No feedback received from interior compartment module
9019 Keyless Go fault: No feedback received from rear module

Fuse is OK, relays are OK.... any ideas?
I suggest keyless system is disconnected from the car. Where to check this? In from SAM or rear SAM module? or somewhere else?
There is no way all 4 modules to be failed I think.

The module isn’t getting a signal from the antennae located through the vehicle.

Likely the keyless go module. Use the search function this was recently discussed on this site.

Since key was purchased from MB dealer have them check it inclusive of Xentry quick test at no cost.

I'm having the same problem in my W211. Did you solve it?

Still not.
These days I will disassembly whole keyless system to check what is wrong.

When testing Keyless from the CGW / EZS it timeouts...
Xentry says there is not any problems with the CGW / EZS so my suggestion is there is something wrong in the wiring with CGW module... will check this.

Local keysmith told me that he thinks Keylss system is not failed, but it is disabled (permanently) by the previous owner. Just because if you have a special device, "it is very easy to copy keycodes while key is in your pocket, i just have to be close enough to you" and then to unlock/start the car....
