Truckloads of CLSes
Heading back from Stuttgart after the Frankfurt Automechanika with Steve, and we saw several truckloads of CLSes being shipped up the autobahn. I find it interesting that they don't cover these trucks...

Didn't notice white! I am sure it is available as it is in the price list and konfigurator, white and black being the only two non-metallic colors available.
Also, at EU 48,000 the price is quite reasonable for a CLS350. I was expecting a much higher price after all the bellyaching in this and other forums. Oh well, another example of the stellar information that is thrown about on the internet.

Oh, now that I read the crashed CLS post, I saw a white one at Mercedes that was crashed and mostly dismantled.

Well, 48,000 Euro is over $59,500, so the bellyaching on our part wasn't all that unreasonable. Darn that weak dollar! (unless you're exporting from the U.S., of course.) Of course, we're not even getting the 350 (at least initially)
Does that 48K Euro price include Germany's high (to U.S. standards) taxes, or is that price before tax?
