MAF Sensor Harness

Hi all, have been around my 320 CDI for some some days to fix a P0101 error from the right side MAF sensor. Plug in Xentry made all tests and tried other MAF sensors i have all are fine on the left side but not on the right side. Car enters limp mode constantly so after doing all this and also talking to a friend he agreed that a possible problem might be in the harness. Is the wiring fitted on the main engine harness or is there a way to replace the MAF harness only? Thanks in advance
