Hi I have a problem I am hoping somebody can help me with. The headlights on my 2005 CLS 320cdi come on randomly even when the car is parked and switched off. So I was away from home for a few days and the lights suddenly came on. I have taken the car to an automative electrician who seems unable to diagnose the problem and of course when he came to look at it the fault disappeared only to reappear a week later after I took it home. There don''t seem to be any fault codes showing up either. Can anyone on the forum could offer advice? Thanks.

To start check ground points & front SAM (engine compartment) connections, moisture, etc.
