CLS500 Estimated Price
I believe the CLS500 will start in the early $70k range in the US. My basis for this estimate is the price of the vehicle in Luxembourg, adjusted for the 15% VAT and currency. This method worked for the E320, although I did try it for any other models.
The sleek lines and gorgeously styled cabin of this vehicle make it a shame that it won't be offered with 4MATIC. Even with good snow tires, I don't think the CLS could be used as a daily vehicle in the snow states. I imagine MB wants to maintain the pure sports car driving dynamics of its coupes and roadsters by sticking with RWD.
