Parking Sensors - All out at once

Hello - I have a 4-door CLS 500 2007 with MEC Design after-market updates. For some reason, all of my parking sensors stopped working at the same time; I suspect a fuse has blown. I recently had body work done as a result of a front end fender bender but I checked and the front sensor cable is properly plugged (I unplugged and replugged just in case). Any recommendations on what else to check or advice on where the fuse for parking sensors might be would be greatly appreciated!

It was too good to be true but if you don't try you don't know. Changing the fuse did not resolve the problem and it seems I am now experiencing an increasing number of odd electrical issues. To understand the source of the issues, I purchased the iCarsoft MB V2.0 2024 to see what types of error codes show up. There were 7. I am still trying to understand how the iCarsoft unit operates since it is not particularly user friendly (or at least not made for a novice) as I would like to analyse the error codes one by one to understand the details but I am not certain that the iCarsoft unit provides details. With the error code I should be able to google it or use ChatGPT to get at the details. I am starting to suspect that work I had done by different garages did not result in a reset of the diagnostic system as I saw one error code relating to the airmatic system when two weeks ago I had a new airmatic shock absorber installed; maybe the garage did not update the diagnostic module? Thanks again for your feedback and I also now have a copy of the fuse box layout in my glove box!
