So Ive repaired the front cls airspring by crimping a new sleeve on, because I suspect it may blow out even in my steep driveway Im wondering how I can get the gaurd off the front wheel to move the car. Can I put a block somewhere in the suspension arms to raise it a bit or will ot still clear, seen a few wrecked gaurds.
Its been up on comfort for about 2 weeks but I was too crook to drive it. Top photo I had a hose clamp on it to help form the rubber before crimping.
