BRAKE WARNING 2006 CLS 500 / 97k miles

I have an ‘06 CLS500 With only 97k miles .. I do not drive very often .. recently I have this warning pop up in red about the brakes ..
when I unlock the car I can hear the brake line pressurizing, I’ve driven it around the block and it stops. I remember getting a letter awhile back stating that the dealership will cover a replacement of the brakes hydronic system and the gas tank

but now I can not find it anywhere . I run my vin and it’s gone !

i live in Houstōn and currently trying to schedule to get the sunroof replaced . But Houstōn dealerships seem not to eager to do a warranty job

can someone please help me figure out how to find that ( so called ) extended warranty on the brakes ? ( it really should have been called a recall - but I see this is how the dealer gets around that ! Thank you in advance for your opinions and advice

The brake warning on your 2006 CLS500 could be related to an issue with the Sensotronic Brake Control (SBC) system, which is known to have been problematic in some Mercedes models. The sound you hear when unlocking the car might be the SBC pump pressurizing the brake lines, which is normal, but a persistent warning indicates a potential malfunction. Given the age of the vehicle and the fact that it’s not driven often, there could be issues with the brake hydraulic system that require attention. The letter you received might have been about a service campaign or recall related to this system. Unfortunately, if you can’t find the documentation or it’s not showing up when you run your VIN, it might be challenging to claim the service without dealership cooperation. You should probably run a full system scan. There should be fault codes on at least one or more control modules related to this. You will either need to take it to the mechanic, but if you want to figure this out yourself, then you will need to get a full system scanner. the "youcanic full system scanner" is very good at diagnosing all systems and can run an in-depth all system scan as well as diagnostics. This could help you identify any specific issues with the brake system.

I called the phone number that is on the letter. And found out the “extended warranty “. Aka recall.. they informed me about is the hydraulic pump .. and a short list of other parts . The most recent is a SAFETY RECALL addressing the wiring harness to the system

so the scan took I currently have I need to update it and try again

but this is what I got

code 6210
6230
6511which I THINK.. are all covered

I had several other codes come back as well .. like codes for the MAF sensor which I already replaced
but it says flow sensor 1 has a short circuit to ground
and that the eke circuit input signal had LOW VOLTAGE .. I am not sure if that has any relation to the ABS SYSTEM..

egen I looked up code 5611 it said - che k control unit a7/3n1

so I’m trying to confirm the codes are connected to the parts that are covered in the extended warranty

( thank you )

i ordered the aux battery and my friend replaced it.. the orig battery low light went off . I decided to drive around the block. The brakes FAILED completely and I coasted to a stop .. turned car off - took key out- tried to restart - now it WILL NOT START! I check the AUX battery and the posts were super lose ! What should I do or check now?
