Does anyone know if these relays go bad can it cause the car to turn over but not start? I originally thought it was possibly Fuel pump relay so replaced that, then then thought it was the fuel pump so when it wasn't kicking on I found it wasn't getting any power to the fuel pump. I then looked at the fuel filler cap polarity reverser relays and the caps came off while trying to remove the relays. There was a lot of corrosion on these relays and the fuse bar in the trunk. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
