As the title said, I cannot figure out where is the problem. The steering is heavy and the steering wheel haves strange noises when rotating, it sounds like a big puffy bubble. When the front of the car is up in the air, the wheel turns normally.
Things done:
Changed the whole steering rack with 3 different sensors.
Checked the cables to the sensor and measured the resistance. All is okay.
Changed the steering angle sensor.
Revised the speed sensors on the wheels.
Changed the steering liquid reservoir.
Changed the steering pump and checked the pressure. All is okay.
Revised the front suspension.
Some errors in the diagnostic tool, something regarding the ESP system (attached picture)
ESP is working without problems.
The star diagnostic tool does not give additional info.
