M272 engine misfires on left bank and one timing code
New to the forum hope I find some help.
I have bought a CLS 350 2004 with m272 engine. The car was running good for about two weeks, it had a p0016 with check engine light. I have replaced the cam sensor that corelates to the code, it was broken and the code cleared as well as the CEL.
After that I changed the oil and drove again for about two weeks. The car was perfect, ne codes, no issues, no shakes in the engine. Then one day while driving it lost power and started shaking violently. I stopped, turned the car off and on and the problem disappeared. I drove home parked it with no problem.
I had driven in one more time after the issue with no problem. Then after that i havent driven the car for about a week and when i tried to start it made the same problem, shaking, no power what so ever, CEL , and a knocking sound from the left bank. The codes are: Misfires on the left bank cylinders and a cam positiong sensor code p0019. Since then i have replaced the cam sensors of the bank , the cam magnets and the crankshaft sensor. The markings of the cams ot 305 are centered, The only thing i havent checked that i can think of is the camshaft adjusters
Excuse me for the long explanation and thanks in advance!
