Looking for some Mercedes emblems CLS C257

Anyone know where I can buy some BLACK front grill emblem and also rear trunk emblem for CLS C257? I see many for C218 and C219 but no one seems to sell one for C257 model.

After looking for a black emblem on eBay and online websites, I gave up. The only thing they were selling was the CLS 450 Emblem which takes awhile to get from China so I took it upon myself to see if I can coat them black.
I Hyper Dip rear trunk emblem, rear CLS 450 badge, emblem just in front of the hood, big front grill emblem and partial front grill

Thank you and now I am working on using vinyl wrap to black out the window trim. Let's hope it goes well. It's not easy as it looks on YouTube though. Pulling out the front window trim on the door is pretty easy. Will post pics incase anyone is interested.

Thanks. Next is to do the door handle. After it's the lower front bumper trim. Just need to figure out how to take the lower bumper chrome trim off. Anyone know?

Finally got around to deleting rest of the chrome and wrapped door handle, front bumper lower chrome lip and also rear bumper lower lip (not sure what it's called) EXCEPT the exhaust tip.

I had a hell of time trying to time put back the Drivers Side Front Door handle as I couldn't figure out why it was not going in all the way. Saw YouTube video and they didn't mention one important fact about putting door handle back in. There is a thin metal that holds the silver lever inside the handle. For some reason lever was pushed in and silver metal was not holding the lever which was not allowing me to put the door handle back the correctly. At the end, I figured it out and had to pull the lever, use the metal plate to hold the lever. This allowed my door handle to go in the correct way very easily. (FYI, incase someone has same problem)

Hope someone doesn't go through hell like me trying to figure above out.

This is the Driver Door ONLY. Other door handles are really easy to take off and put it back in after wrapping.

That's the silver lever that I am talking about. There is a metal plate that holds the lever to edge of the hole. Mine probably pop the metal from holding the lever so my lever was pushed in. If that happens, door handle will not fit correctly as the door handle itself has 2 spots where the lever fits in. If its pushed in, it will NOT go in correctly.

If you see the lever deep in when you try to put back the door handle, use you finger (if you don't have fat fingers) or hook looking tool. Pull it and use the thin metal in the hold to hold it. (you'll know what I am talking about when you pull the door handle off)

Looks awesome. I have white 2022 CLS and today my friend who is good with wraps tried to put black gloss wrap on the chrome part of the handle. He was not sure about taking out the handles and there are some "minor" ugly bumps and cuts because of that... When you took your handles off, did you separated chrome part before wrapping from the rest of the handle?

Yes. I had to take out the handle, separate the chrome part of the handle and wrapped the chrome portion.

Oh I see... my friend who is gonna do the wrapping for me is kinda scared not to break something if he tries to separate the chrome part on the handle... except for screws is there anything else holding that chrome part, plastic legs? do you maybe have any instructions or images on that part. That would be helpful.

EDIT: I see your front grill MB emblem star is also black, looks awesome... but I'm kinda confused. I was expecting that model (pre-facelift) to have 3d image star, not actual star. I have an image, so not sure how to make my front star black as well.

Once you take out the handle, it not hard to take apart the chrome portion. It's pretty simple. You just need loosen the star looking screw.

In terms of the MB star and the thing that goes to across both ways, I hyper dip it. It is bit of pain to take out the front star and the thing that is sits on that goes across. You can pull the thing that goes across and it pops out and the star, you have to twist to get it off but there is a connector you need to unplug.
