Comand Issues
Hi All,
Just moved here from BMW. I have a few minor issues with the comand interface I'm hoping someone can assist with.
My car is a 2019 CLS 350 and the issues are:
1. I have activated In Car Office, but when I click it in the Comand Interface, I get a 'please wait' screen. Its been like this for days. I've tried deactivating and reactivating. I've tried changing password and pin, but to no avail..
2. I have added some items to my favourites, most seem okay, but I added TuneIn Radio as a favourite. It works fine, but when I connect CarPlay, some of my favourites including this one disappear and I end up with a condensed list of favourites.
Everything else works fine, in car internet, carplay etc...
Any ideas on either issue?
