Exclamation Need new tires on my CLS350 (20" AMG Line rims)

I am so tired of the factory Goodyear eagle f1 asymmetric 3 (245/35R20 fronts and 275/30R20 rears) on my 2019 CLS350.
the roads around my area are pretty good and I don't commute very far so I don't care about a spare and cant stand the harsh ride of these runflats anymore. what's the best substitute for these tires? I live in a desert climate (43 Celsius on a hot day 35 on a good day) so the weather is always great so summer tires are my best option. I'm currently looking into some Michelin PS4S but I think these are a bit extreme for the 305HP this engine puts out.
I don't have to worry about any tire/wheel warranty my country only has a normal manufacturer 100,000km or 5 years warranty/service contract.
This is what happened to my current right front tire:

car has 45,000km at the moment

rears are fine but very worn. (please ignore the dirty rims its been a dusty few weeks)

2020 E 300 Coupe and 2019 GLS 400
Hello,
I have the same wheels on my Coupe. I installed oversized tires. Michelin Pilot Sport 4S ZP (runflats).

245/40ZR20
275/35ZR20

Surprisingly the tires are really comfortable for runflats. However, when the time comes to replace them, I would buy conventional tires instead.

Good luck
