How to erase a message?

How to erase a message?
Sirs, I just bought a 2021 CLS450 from Ft Lauderdale, FL. It traveled more than 2000 miles on a big car rig all the way to Phoenix, AZ. It was well tighten and arrived in impeccable condition.
However, it obviously experienced a sort of shock during the travel, because now I am getting following message every time entering to car: " Your car experienced an accident, CALL-LATER-NO"
Is there any way to turn the message off by using cockpit buttons or does it need a Star System intervention?
