Smile Need B service items for 120K miles for 2019 CLS450

Hi all,
My car will soon hit 120,000 miles and I need to take it in for B service. I would really like to know what maintenance services I will need at this mileage. Can any of you expert people list the items for me please?
Thanks

b service is just oil change plus check everything...
They might or might not do a brake flush of the system (at least in AMG land it is a requirement).

If you have followed the recommended A and B service regimen at 10K mile intervals, certain other maintenance items were completed at 30K, 40K, 50K and 60K, such as gearbox fluids, sparkplugs, air filters, etc. This set of 6 services ( 3A's and 3 B's) starts over at 70K, so your 120K B service should be a repeat of the 60K B service. Of course this depends on what services you've actually had completed, and how wear related services such as brakes, tires, etc. fit in. If you examine your service records, you should find substantially identical services were done at 10K/70K, 20K/80K, 30K/90K, etc.

Thanks for your response and information. I do not have those earlier service records with me as I have purchase this vehicle few months ago.
I reached out to the Mercedes local dealer in my area. The quoted the B service at 120K miles for $3400. Major items are: transmission fluid, brake fluid, and coolant flush.
Seem too much to me for this service. I will check with my 3rd party workshop where I was servicing my C280 before for a price estimate. The place and techs are reliable.

$3400 seems a bit steep just for assorted fluid changes, and you can probably do better at an indy. Sparkplugs can be time consuming, depending on the engine and accessibility, but are important to change at recommended intervals (usually 40K to 50K miles).

Spark plug change is allegedly being related to engine harness disintegration due to heat weakening - OP, any update? That's a lot of miles and I haven't seen any m256 owners get there yet
