Who is missing MBUX Interface
Gosh I wish I had the latest and greatest MBUX
If there was only a way to update my 2019 infotainment system. Missed it by 2 model years

From reviews I don’t think, IMO of course, you’d want the latest version. If you could somehow get the version from the 2025 GT 4 Doors or 2025 G-Wagons on your CLS it would be amazing. It mixes the best of the old and new together. Personally my favourite screen layout and software for AMG’s and Mercs.
If only your infotainment panel was a touch screen, some genius could probably figure it out.
I feel your pain, going from my ‘23 G63 to the ‘25 G63 was like night and day in regard to the software, touchscreen and console input mechanism.

the headunit dictates the MB version
If the headunit is NTG 5.5 - that is command and not MBUX.
If the headunit is NTG 6.. that is MBUX 1.0
If the headunit is NTG 7 that is MBUX 2.0
If the headunit is NTG 8 the is the latest MBUX gen (3.0)
