Various functions turning themselves on

Various functions turning themselves on
I recently purchased a 2019 CLS 53 AMG. On three separate occasions functions have turned on without any input from me.
For example after driving for an hour and then stopping to refuel upon restarting my front seat passenger told me his seat was punching him in the back. When I got into the menu and drilled down his seat was activated for the massage function. But I had not gone nowhere near that setting, in fact had done nothing other that press the start button. On another occasion the side bolsters on the driver seat became active with no input from me, I had turned then off at least a week before and they had remained off until one morning on my first drive of the day tgye were now on.
I'm assuming this is some sort of glitch which I need to get looked at, or is there something in the vehicle set-up that might be causing this? Any advice gratefully accepted.
