Sorry but you are wrong!
It's a P1800 Volvo coupe:
Guinness book of records states: 5.94 million kilometres (3.7 million miles) on the same engine, gearbox and bodywork. All verified by Volvo as factory originals.
Did you know you can get a S60 D4 diesel engine from Volvo with 181bhp, 76.5 mpg 0-60 in 7.2 seconds but only 99 of C02 g/km so zero tax. And it is an 8 speed Auto
Mercedes similar offering is: 136bhp 57.6 mpg 0-60 in 9.6 seconds 127 C02 g/km and costs £5k more which will hurt drivers regarding benefit in kind company car tax.
I have not come on here to slate Mercedes (it is the only German car with Style) just thought someone should fight Volvo's corner too. I have friends that drive Mercedes - both nice cars. They say Volvo is an old mans car, yet when I've ask why they just say thats what people say! They have never even sat in a Volvo, let alone driven one! They are making out dated perceptions of the brand going back to the 70's and 80's. Since then things have come along way. Go and look for yourselves.
Thanks for reading
