New to me, 2016 "garage queen" GTS, with only 4743miles (7590km) on odometer, fished on an auction in Yokohama, brought to the Middle East to enjoy on these 8-lanes highways...
4 oil and filters changes in 6 years, I only had to buy new tires to pass inspection (they would not pass 2015 tires in Dubai for safety reason, even if looked brand new).
Little bit of coding to make it more user-friendly (because Japanese specs have some weird settings, and the car is as good as new)
- annoying beep/gong when reverse [disabled] and "ETC Card" memo off
- FM frequency set to ECE mode (90-108MHz)
- DRLs LEDs set to work like DRLs should (Japanese DRLs means main headlights which always puzzles me why is that)
- 4 blinks when changing lanes (I like it that way)
- consumption units switched from km/l to l/100km
- limiter set to 250km/h for some reason [pushed to 305]
I only don't know how to force headlights to be "flat" (SAE mode?) since this car came with non-ILS LED headlights and does not have a menu to enable "tourist mode". I need to dig more. If anyone knows how to do this, plz share some ideas... (no, there is no need to change the headlight assy - lamp internal numbers are the same across EU / JP and US models, so it's just the coding and/or firmware).
I also wanted to put carplay in it, but it looks it's going to rain today, so this will have to wait a day or two...

Seriously enjoying this car........electric just won't be viable for another 15 years at minimum.

AMG Track Day, Dominican Republic
A couple of pics of my white '19 GTC Roadster here in the Dominican Republic. Top pic is at an AMG club track day and the second is a random garage pic. Of the 50+ cars I've had the good luck to own over the years this is one of the most unique with its design, layout, engine and driving dynamics. It is one of two modern V8's I plan on keeping indefinitely as ICEs are continuously neutered over the years (the other is a Shelby GT500).
